Chiropractic is a conservative approach to treating mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system, especially of the spine. Musculoskeletal refers to both the muscular and the skeletal system. At Restoration Health & Chiropractic, we focus on addressing both of components by performing myofascial release and soft tissue work as well as manual adjustments. By addressing both components, we have found adjustments to be more effective. We offer trigger point therapy, FAKTR/Graston, cupping, and pin and stretch.

Doctor Shelbe Darnell

Dr. Darnell received both her bachelor of science degree in human biology and her doctorate in chiropractic from Cleveland University - Kansas City, College of Chiropractic, graduating cum laude. Dr. Darnell is experienced in myofascial release, dry needling, FAKTR, kinesiotaping, Flexion Distraction technique, Leander technique, and Thompson technique, and she is also Webster certified. Dr. Darnell earned her 100 hours of Functional Medicine in Chiropractic Family Practice from the ACA council on Diagnosis & Internal Disorders. She is currently obtaining her Diplomate of the American Board of Chiropractic Internists. Dr. Darnell enjoys spending time with her husband Tanner and children Theodore, Veronica, and Thomason camping, playing in the back yard, and exploring new places.
